We ship worldwide from our production and fulfillment partners.
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Shipping time:

  • United States: 10–20 business days

  • Europe & UK: 7–14 business days

  • Canada: 10–20 business days

  • Australia & Asia: 10–20 business days

These timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on postal service conditions, customs, and seasonal workload.

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Tracking
A tracking number is provided for every order as soon as the parcel is shipped.

Customs & Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, VAT, or import taxes applicable in their country.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 3–7 business days, excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays.

  • Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods or product pre-release campaigns.

  • We reserve the right to extend processing times when necessary. Customers will be notified if significant delays occur.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping is carried out via major carriers at our discretion.

  • Estimated delivery windows provided at checkout are non-guaranteed and may vary depending on customs, local postal services, weather, or other factors outside our control.

  • Once an order has been shipped, delivery timelines are solely the responsibility of the carrier.


3. Worldwide Shipping

We offer worldwide shipping, except where restricted by law or where reliable delivery cannot be reasonably assured.

Right to Refuse Shipment

The Company reserves the right—at its sole discretion—to refuse or cancel shipment to:

  • Destinations with a documented history of postal unreliability,

  • Regions with political instability, war, sanctions, or operational disruptions,

  • Countries where import regulations prohibit or complicate the delivery of printed goods, art products, or tarot/oracle decks.

If we determine that a shipment cannot be fulfilled safely or reliably:

  • Your order will be canceled,

  • You will be refunded in full before the item ships,

  • You will receive an email notification explaining the decision.

This clause is necessary to comply with U.S. export law and protect customers from undeliverable parcels.


4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International customers are responsible for all customs fees, VAT, import duties, and local taxes assessed by the destination country.

  • These charges vary by region and are not included in the product or shipping price.

  • The Company is not responsible for delays or losses resulting from customs inspections or refusals.


5. Incorrect Address & Delivery Issues

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

We are not liable for:

  • Packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer,

  • Failed delivery attempts caused by local postal services,

  • Items lost, stolen, or damaged after they have been marked as Delivered by the carrier.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt:

  • The customer may request reshipment at their own expense.


6. Lost or Delayed Shipments

While we assist with tracking inquiries, the Company cannot guarantee carrier performance.

A shipment is considered “lost” only when officially declared lost by the carrier.
Refunds or replacements for lost packages are handled case-by-case.

We do not issue refunds for:

  • Delays caused by customs,

  • Delays caused by carriers,

  • Delivery issues outside our control.


7. Order Tracking

Once shipped, customers receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Tracking availability may vary depending on the destination country’s postal system.


8. Pre-Orders & Limited Editions

For pre-order items or limited-edition releases:

  • Shipping times provided are estimates only.

  • Actual production and delivery dates may vary.

  • Ordering such items constitutes acceptance of potential delays.


9. Returned or Rejected International Shipments

If an international shipment is returned due to:

  • refusal to pay customs duties,

  • failure to pick up the parcel,

  • local postal service non-cooperation,

the customer may request reshipment at additional cost.
Otherwise, the refund will be issued minus the original shipping cost.


10. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to the website.
